So yesterday I literally went out and bought and filled the kitchen with all things healthy (well, 90% of them). A lot were also reduced price again, and very generously fruits and veg were included in the reduction, because it's Christmas. I love soy yoghurt, and I have to make sure I don't run out of the stuff again. It seems my body reacts very negatively without it because it has become so used to it. Same with cocoa powder! I bought Bournville pure cocoa powder now. The reduced price beans really help. Okay I'm just going to post some pics of some of the things I actually bought, and yeah I confess, it's from Sainsbury's.
Just look at all that bloody packaging. Ugh. |
